Truly the best service contact I have had for any furnace issue over the years. Rose was great on scheduling and follow-up. Jimmy D did not try to hard upsell me for additional services. Identified and fixed the issue with my poor old furnace and gave me the options for future. Definitely having them quote me for replacement.

Rose is a very friendly and efficient scheduler. She calls the day before to give the customer a friendly reminder of your appointment. Jimmy is very good at his job. If he sees anything questionable during the service call he explains the possible problem and some options as to solutions. He is not high pressure and if you choose another option that is fine. I love having the service contract.

Rose is wonderful. She makes scheduling service appointments seem easy even with the toughest of schedules. Today I met Jimmy for the first time. He took the time to explain the ins-and-outs of what needs to be done to keep my HVAC in working order. Even encouraged me to ask questions. He performed his work with great care and professionalism. He truly seems to enjoy his work. I would like to add one more note of satisfaction. One Hour was the first furnace company we called when we moved here and it is going on 17 years. Jeff came this morning to check my air conditioner for the season. This is the 3rd time he has come to do service at our house. Jeff is so friendly, polite & knowledgeable.Rose the receptionist is a real sweetheart. If I could request Jeff to come & do my yearly service inspections that would be awesome. 100 stars to everyone.

I don't know how long we've been using One-Hour, but at least 15 years, even before it was One-Hour. 12 years ago our house was gutted by a fire and they had someone out within an hour to make sure heat was still in the house while it was boarded up, and during the 6-month period it took to rebuild everything. I don't even think they charged us for the service call, because of the service contract. We had Carlos come out this time, but whoever they send is personable, professional, polite and knowledgeable. And Rose doesn't give up until I finally call and schedule my next appointment...I like her persistence!
