BILL SCHLAEPFER – OWNER

I have been in the plumbing and heating industry since 1975. I worked for Gering Plumbing untill 1987, then I started Gering Valley Plumbing & Heating. I’m married to my best friend and companion in the whole world. I have two wonderful children and two awesome grandkids. I enjoy golf, hunting, fishing, cooking and travel.

JILL WINEMAN – OFFICE MANAGER

I was born and raised in a small town in Eastern Nebraska. I Graduated from Doane College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Business Administration with a emphasis in Finance. After a two year stint in the public accounting sector, I joined GVPH/ One Hour in July 2005. I enjoy working in the service industry. Every day I strive to provide exceptional customer service. I am married to my college sweetheart, Kenny and we have two beautiful daughters, Emery and Marley. I am a active member of Business and Professional Women (BPW), I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping and gardening.

ALXIS GROB – CCR-DISPATCHER

I started with One Hour in June 2009. I was born and raised in Michigan, where I graduated from Rochester College with a degree in Psychology. I spent 14 years working in retail management, before coming to One Hour. I spend most of my free time caring for two boy, ages 8 and 17. I also enjoy spending time with freinds- either going to movies or attending concerts.

AURELIO GODINA – HVAC TECHNICIAN

I graduated on 2000 from Scottsbluff High School, went to WNCC for custom automotive painting. I have two lillte girls and I just recentaly purchased my first home. I started with GVPH/ One Hour in 2003. I enjoy muscle cars, tattoos, movies, painting, air brushing and hanging with my family.

DONETA SCHLAEPFER – CCR-DISPATCHER

Before coming to GVPH/ One Hour in 2008 I was a manager in retail for 10 years. I now love the flexiability that working at GVPH/ One Hour gives me. I have been married to a great guy now for five years. I have two spectacular children, one girl and one boy. Life is good! I enjoy attending music concerts and spending time with my family.

JEFF VANCE – HVAC TECHNICIAN

I started with GVPH/ One Hour in 1998. I am a volunteer fireman with Gering Volunteer Fire Dept. I am the fire captian and an EMT. I have my Journeyman license in sheetmetal and plumbing. I enjoy fishing, working, fighting fires and saving peoples lives.

JOSH CARWFORD – HVAC TECHNICIAN

I lived in Wyoming and moved to the panhadle in 2009 to start working for One Hour. I have been in the HVAC trade for 8 years. I enjoy family, fishing, camping and reading.

JOSH SCHLAEPFER – GENERAL MANAGER

I have been in the Heating and Cooling field since 1997.  I have an associates degree in heating and cooling. I have been married to my wonderful wife Doneta since 2004. I have two great kids, Madi and Tristian who keep me busy in my spare time. I enjoy golf, yard work, Yankees baseball and spending time with my family.

NATHAN CLAUSE – HVAC TECHNICIAN

I have been in the heating and cooling industry for close to 10 years. I care more about taking care of my clients than anybody else. I enjoy good food and spending time with my family.

STEVE LARSON – COMFORT ADVISOR

I started with GVPH/ One Hour in Febuary 2009. I have much experence in retail and custmor service. I was project manager for Kronis out of Neutrabling Germany. I have two children and a new grandaughter. I enjoy fire fighting, golf and fishing.

TJ BATT – HVAC TECHNICIAN

I was born and raised in the Scottsbluff/Gering area. I graduated from Gering High School in 1998, moved to Lincoln for a few years and moved back to the panhandle in 2006. I got married to my beautiful wife Kate in 2007 and had a son, Carson. We are expecting the arrival of baby number two in May of 2010. I enjoy spending time with my wife and son and also doing yard work.

TOM DOUGHTY – HVAC TECHNICIAN

I have been doing sheetmetal work for 30 years in over ten different states. I started with GVPH/ One Hour in 1999. I enjoy playing guitar, watching sports, and playing golf.

TYLER KELLEY – HVAC TECHNICIAN

I have been with GVPH/ One Hour since I graduated high school in 2005. In the time I have been with GVPH/ One Hour I have earned myself an asocciates degree in HVAC/R. I also have many other certifications including NATE in heat pumps, A/C and gas heating. I enjoy NASCAR, hunting, r/c cars and NASCAR collectables.
