Annie joined One Hour in May 2010. She has an Associate Degree in Business Management. She enjoys reading, music, camping, and traveling.
CLIFF ROSS – INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
Cliff joined the company this year with 15 years of HVAC experience. Certifications include Puron, Trackpipe, and Universal EPA. Has attended quality management courses. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and sporting events.
DOUG KISER – HVAC TECHNICIAN
Service Technician/Installer: Doug came to the company in early 2011 with 25 years of HVAC experience. Certifications include NATE, Puron, and Gastite. He has three children and enjoys sports, skydiving, mountain climbing, camping, hiking, racing, and restoring old cars.
JODI SUTHERLIN – OWNER – GENERAL MANAGER
Jodi was the previous owner of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning with locations in Greencastle and Bloomington, Indiana. Sold company to Clockwork Home Services in June 2007. Jodi is eager to expand the business and build a solid relationship within the community.
MIKE LOVE – INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
Mike joined our company this year with 19 years of HVAC experience. Certifications include Puron, Gastite, and Trackpipe. He is married with three children and enjoys hunting and riding motorcycles.
PAT SMITH – OFFICE MANAGER
Pat joined the company in 2007. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from San Jose State in California. She enjoys reading, movies, gardening, cooking, traveling, and art.
TODD POWELL – COMFORT ADVISOR
Todd has worked for the company since 2000. He has 20 years of experience in the field. He graduated from Purdue University in 1996 with a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. He enjoys motorcycling, snow mobiling, golfing, and spending time with his children.

Todd was the previous owner of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning with locations in Greencastle and Bloomington. Sold company to Clockwork Home Services in June 2007. Todd is currently working with Dial One Hour out of Indianapolis.

2010 – Todd Powell, Comfort Advisor, joined the Board of Lafayette Transitional Housing, which helps members of the community adjust to changes in their lives. He also joined the Board of Ivy Technical Vocational School, a local community college.

Todd Powell, Comfort Advisor, attended the One Hour Conference in Orlando in October 2009, as well as the 2 Million Dollar Factory in April in St. Louis.
In March 2009 and 2010, One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning had an exhibit at the Annual Lakes Area Home & Garden Show in Monticello.

Thanks to the staff and the community for their involvement and commitment this past year in helping out with the White County Food Pantry food drive, their work with Habitat for Humanity, the Furnace Give-Away radio contest, and sponsorship of numerous youth athletic sports and theater programs.
In April, 2010, One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was purchased by Todd and Jodi Sutherlin. Jodi is the new General Manager. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning had moved from their location in Brookston to Lafayette, Indiana. Still serving the same areas, One Hour hopes to grow, provide more accessibility to our customers, and have a higher visibility in the area.
